A high quality training program with easy-to-use, hands-on support documentation plays an important role in the successful introduction and continuous use of ADERANT Expert of the end users in your firm.

Based on broad experience in ADERANT Expert end user training, we at Epiphany training offer a range of programs that can be tailored to the specific requirements in your firm.

Available training courses include:

• End user training, e.g. for your fee earners and secretaries, including training documentation
• “Train the trainer” courses
• Training in preparation for a new ADERANT Expert roll-out
• Refresher training for existing staff, introductory training for new starters

All training programs and documentation are developed after a detailed analysis of your requirements, tailored to your needs, and delivered by a team of experienced, highly qualified training experts.

Training Health Checks:

Whether you are about to start your ADERANT Expert roll out, are currently implementing or already using ADERANT Expert – training should always be part of your planning process.

To help assess the training status and resulting requirements in your firm, we have developed several Training Health Checks. The available Training Health Checks include a review of the current skill levels of your staff and any gaps you may have identified, a review of the support and training material, and an assessment of your in-house training offering. We also offer an assessment of your back office training and documentation.

All findings are presented in a written report that includes custom training recommendations for your firm.
